Return Policy

At glowiora, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from glowiora.com, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

RETURNS:

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached. Please keep in mind that:

Refund Process: Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Timeframe: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time of refund is usually within 3 to 15 business days after we receive the returned items. Please contact your bank to find out when the refund will be returned to your account. Due to the difference between Banks, it may take up to a few weeks for the credit to be returned to your account.

Partial Refunds: If an item arrives back to us in less-than-original condition, only a portion of the purchase price may be reimbursed.

EXCHANGES:

For exchanges, items must also be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Currently, we only accept size exchanges for online purchases.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
